Story:
The events of Doom 2 left the hellish forces in disarray as the Doom Slayer relentlessly tore through their ranks. However, remnants of their evil presence survived, seeking a way to retaliate against the Doom Slayer's unyielding fury.
In their desperation, the forces of Hell devised a plan to open a portal to an alternate dimension, hoping to gain an upper hand against their eternal nemesis. Another dimension was opened, a desolate and corrupted planet, overrun by demonic forces.
As the portal crackled with dark energy, the Doom Slayer, ever vigilant, sensed the disturbance and prepared for battle. With a surge of power, he stepped into the portal, determined to confront the new threat head-on.
